IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GET HELP IF NEEDED AND TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR A SUBSTITUTE IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO TAKE YOUR TURN.
When using Mr. Coffee Measures, use 3 measures per 10 cup pot. The 55 cup coffee maker requires 2-1/2 cups of coffee. Please note the number of cups that are used and record the number after your name on the posted Coffee Schedule.
All materials are in cabinets next to stove. Disposable cups are in the top cupboards above the sink. PLEASE DO NOT USE PAPER PLATES UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
“COFFEE AND” SHOULD BE READY IMMEDIATELY AFTER EARLY SERVICE.
MAKE “KOOL-AID” FOR CHILDREN. Set it out on a card table with small paper cups, napkins and a plate of cookies.
Envelopes for the free will offering are in the far left hand cupboard on the stove wall. Please give the offering to Carol Zitko OR DROP IT IN THE SUNDAY OFFERING PLATE CLEARLY MARKED, “COFFEE MONEY.”
