If your event requires the use of church facilities OR is a fundraiser the event needs to be cleared and approved. This is in an effort to avoid simultaneous fund raising events and overbooking of resources.

If you wish to have a fundraising activity or require the use of the facilities please choose one of the options below to submit your request:

• Contact the Vice President via email at council@concordiaberwyn.org
• Leave a message in the Church Council mailbox in the Fellowship Hall.
• Contact the church office at 708-484-9784 or concordia.berwyn@sbcglobal.net

Your event, once approved, should appear on both the calendar in the Church Kitchen as well on the Website. If it does not, please send an email to council@concordiaberwyn.org to resolve the issue.

The calendar in the Church Kitchen is the final authority.
